TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking with By B. & By D., you agree to the following studio policies and gift voucher terms.

1. Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This amount is deducted from your total at the time of service. If a deposit is not received, the appointment will not be confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require at least 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in your deposit being forfeited. Repeat late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited. This ensures the next client is not affected.

4. No Shows
A no-show will result in the deposit being forfeited. Repeat no-shows may be restricted from booking future services.

5. Patch Testing
If you have experienced a reaction in the past or have particularly sensitive skin, we strongly recommend booking a patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to your tinting, lash lift, or brow lamination appointment. While adverse reactions are rare, By B. & By D. are not liable for any sensitivities or responses should a patch test be declined.

6. Infill Appointments
Lash infill appointments require at least 40% of extensions remaining to be considered a valid infill. If less than this remains, a full set will be charged.

7. Hygiene & Etiquette
We maintain a clean, safe, and calming environment. Please arrive with clean lashes and minimal eye makeup. Out of respect for the space and service, we kindly ask that phones remain on silent and guests (including children) not attend unless being serviced.

8. Liability 

By B. & By D. are not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of any treatments performed, including but not limited to irritation, sensitivity, skin lifting or allergic response. All clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical or skin conditions prior to their treatment.

1. Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Booking & Redemption
Appointments must be booked in advance. To redeem a voucher, mention it when booking and bring it to your appointment.

4. No-Show / Late Cancellation
Failure to attend your appointment or provide 24 hours' notice may result in the full or partial loss of voucher value.

5. Partial Use
Remaining balances will carry over and must be used before the expiry date.

6. Transferability
Vouchers are not transferable unless written permission is granted by By B.

7. Service Use Only
Vouchers are redeemable for services only unless otherwise stated. They cannot be used to purchase retail products.

8. Lost Vouchers
By B. is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Please store them securely.
